Prosthodontics

What Is a Prosthodontist?

Prosthodontics is one of twelve recognized dental specialties by the American Dental Association. Prosthodontists specialize in the rehabilitation of the mouth through means of dentures, crowns, bridges, dental implants, occlusal guards, and/or a combination of the above. Simply stated, we transform your smile and help you feel comfortable smiling again. Prosthodontists complete an additional three year residency after dental school. The vigorous program entails complex bite alterations, full mouth rehabilitations, full mouth implant treatment planning. Additionally, Prosthodontists are well versed in collaborating with all the different dental specialties. We manage care from the beginning and plan each step with the end result in mind.
